Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
