Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, perform cleaning duties, and organize shelves.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, excellent communication skills, and working in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
