We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is well-organized and products are neatly displayed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
