Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in retail. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational strategies while nurturing and developing the team.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
- Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $119,000
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement company strategies and foster a sense of teamwork among employees.
- Manage staffing, store signage, product quality, and customer concerns.
- Conduct hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain budget goals, monitor inventory, and ensure a safe store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
