Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in retail. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational strategies while nurturing and developing the team.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
  • Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $119,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement company strategies and foster a sense of teamwork among employees.
  • Manage staffing, store signage, product quality, and customer concerns.
  • Conduct hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain budget goals, monitor inventory, and ensure a safe store environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
