Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in running your own store. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring your team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver the highest level of customer service.

• Manage store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.
• Hire, train, and evaluate store personnel for performance and development.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Flexibility for travel during training.
