Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Management Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and developing operational action plans. You will lead a team, handle customer concerns, manage schedules, and contribute to maintaining store performance and product quality.
