Job Description
We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, gaining valuable experience to prepare for future store management responsibilities. Your role will involve supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring and leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork among employees.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting store personnel.
- Create and adjust weekly schedules to meet staffing requirements.

- Manage store payroll, budgets, and inventory levels.
- Ensure a safe and organized store environment.
- Conduct store meetings and provide feedback on product offerings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
- Experience in retail management and operations preferred.
