We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, optimizing store performance, and fostering team development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide superior customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the company's core values to create a cohesive team environment.
• Manage staffing by hiring, scheduling, and training employees.
• Maintain store presentation, product quality, and signage.
• Monitor and achieve store budgets and goals.
• Ensure a safe and compliant store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior management experience preferred.
