Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring product availability. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
