Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and customers receive excellent service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions responsibly, and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
