Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store operations efficiently.
Position Information
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stocking duties accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and security procedures
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Ability to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
