Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Stocker/Cashier (Part Time) to enhance the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, provide exceptional service, and ensure accurate inventory counts. As a Stocker, you will rotate products, maintain displays, and operate machinery safely. Both roles require outstanding communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process purchases and stock shelves neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Report on products, inventory, and scanning errors.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves with fresh products.
  • Follow planograms for merchandising displays.
  • Operate machinery safely and organize inventory.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent to knowledge.
