Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a part-time team member, you will have the opportunity to enhance the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent service.
• Keep merchandise displays neat and organized.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and maintain fresh product availability.
• Create well-merchandised displays following planograms.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
