As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for the decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments, ensuring top-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide outstanding customer service and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation of the sterilization process and report any issues to leadership.
• Participate in receiving and reprocessing activities for loaner and consignment sets.
• May act as a preceptor to new staff or provide cross-training to OR personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
