Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Advisor for Change at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing effective change programs using behavioral science principles for both internal and external clients facing complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer environments, behaviors, and workflows to define and scope changes.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of change management plans using leadership, communication, training, and coaching.
- Collect data and feedback to assess progress and remove barriers to change.
- Support pre-sales activities by discussing program benefits and uniqueness.
- Define and evolve change management standards, processes, and tools within the division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related experience, Master's degree in behavioral science desirable.
- Strong organizational change management, leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Business acumen, project management skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Consulting, influence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Additional Information
- Virtual (remote) role with up to 30% travel.
- Change management certification desirable.
