Specialty Sales Consultant (Kansas City East)

Job Description

We are looking for a Specialty Sales Consultant to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals in Kansas City East. As part of the commercial team, you will promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' neuroscience products, establish and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, and implement marketing strategies to achieve objectives. This position reports to a Regional Sales Manager within The Sleep Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products and approved indications.
• Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support physicians' and patients' needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the territory.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with two years in specialist sales preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospital and account-based environment.
• Experience in CNS therapeutic sales preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate business training preferred.

Work Environment

• Frequent travel may be required.
• Operating various office equipment during sales calls.
• Interacting in office environments with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
• Flexible work hours to meet business demands.

Compensation

The base pay for this role ranges from $112,000 to $168,000. Additional benefits include a discretionary annual cash bonus, equity grants, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
