Responsibilities

• Manage and assign positions according to the positioning chart.
• Oversee kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and ticket times.
• Maintain adequate prep levels to avoid shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating of all food items.
• Monitor breaks timing.
• Support morale and safety initiatives.
• Complete checklists and prep lists.
