Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager, Medical Affairs specializing in Training & Excellence to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategy plan, learning programs, and field excellence. Collaboration with key partners and stakeholders will be vital to success in this highly matrixed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training curriculum and capabilities for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Design and execute proactive training plans for USMA teams and new hires.
• Maintain and update training content while ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate the success of training programs and adapt delivery methods for optimization.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the vision and capabilities of the Medical team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with a strong understanding of training and excellence needs.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas of interest is a plus.
• Experience with adult learning principles and LMS utilization.
• Exceptional presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Salary

The total compensation package includes a base pay range of $148,000-$222,000, annual cash bonus or incentive compensation, and equity grants. Additionally, eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible paid vacation.
