Job Description: Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager for Field Analytics and Operations to join our dynamic team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness in support of the Sleep Business Unit under the US Business Operations and Analytics department.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support field strategies for the Sleep team, including customer targeting, field force effectiveness initiatives, and insights delivery to key stakeholders.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools to evaluate field force productivity.
• Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis through centralized data platforms and performance-related reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and lead multiple projects to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics and operational capabilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms like IQVIA, Symphony, or related systems.
• Strong business and technology acumen, including proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and analyze large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
