Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by following ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and communicate feedback to management.
• Maintain inventory, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
