Job Description
We are looking for a talented Salesforce & Application Engineer/Administrator to join the IT department at Wesley Group. In this role, you will be a key part of the Application Services Team, focusing on enhancing and improving our business applications and platforms. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring effective communication with non-technical team members. This role offers the opportunity for direct interaction with managers and users, emphasizing putting business needs first.
Location:
This position is ideally based in Franklin, TN, with consideration for remote work in select states. Remote workers may need to travel to the Franklin, TN office periodically.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Salesforce Backups and Data Archiving
- Working with Salesforce platform integrations, applications, and tools
- Translating business requirements into scalable solutions
- Configuring Salesforce settings and managing user settings
- Developing solutions within sandbox environments and releasing updates
- Identifying and optimizing under-utilized platform features
- Assisting with user support tickets and managing Salesforce integrations
Skills/Abilities:
Required:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
Preferred:
- Experience with triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Apex code
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using middleware
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce admin and developer tools
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
