Sales Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Treeo Senior Living, an innovative and caring community offering hospitality-based care services. In this role, you will foster relationships with potential residents, family members, and referral sources, highlighting the unique benefits of our retirement community to facilitate moving in.

Responsibilities

• Engage in thorough discovery to understand the needs of prospects.
• Lead tours for prospective residents and family members, ensuring optimal tour experiences.
• Manage sales and marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, and market research.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database and conduct follow-up activities.
• Create and execute a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for sales.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
