Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Report product feedback, manage inventory, and assist with store operations
• Adhere to company policies, ensure cash security, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Prior retail experience preferred
