Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store is well-organized, efficiently stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver superb customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, manage inventory, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Capability to follow guidelines, communicate, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience desirable.
