Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
