Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and staff to achieve operational excellence in People, Profitability, and Operations.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and customer service, setting the example for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
  • Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and address customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • State-issued driver's license and clean background check.
