Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of managers and staff to achieve operational excellence in People, Profitability, and Operations.
- Provide exceptional leadership and customer service, setting the example for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
- Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- State-issued driver's license and clean background check.
