Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and leading a team towards success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a team of managers and crew members to ensure operational excellence in People, Profitability, and Operations.
  • Provide strong leadership, set an example in customer service, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Manage human resource functions including staffing, training, and supervision while complying with HR policies and laws.
  • Collaborate with vendors, address customer concerns promptly, and work closely with the District Manager.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of restaurant experience preferred.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
