Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Burger King restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, staff management, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members to ensure successful restaurant operations.
  • Provide exemplary leadership and customer service, setting the standard for the team.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Handle human resource functions, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with vendors and address customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license and able to pass a background check.
