Residential Counselor/Weekend Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Residential Counselor/Weekend Shift Supervisor to join our team at CareLink Community Support Services. In this role, you will provide oversight to residential counselors during weekend shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our program. Responsibilities

• Lead and guide staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and information exchange.
• Plan and supervise shift operations.
• Assist in training new employees and participate in performance reviews.
• Coordinate consumer activities and individual service plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of work experience in related field.
• Valid Driver’s License and CPRP/RPRP Certification preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and Microsoft Office.
