Job Description
Join our team at Grace Medical Center as a Renal Registered Nurse. As part of our innovative Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide critical care to end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and state-of-the-art care to patients requiring renal dialysis.
- Provide clinical direction and patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Supervise and support staff members to ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with med surge, critical care, or emergency care exposure.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Grace Medical Center systems.
