We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide innovative and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients, ensuring prompt and state-of-the-art treatment. Working in a warm and welcoming environment, you will handle acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis cases, contributing to improved patient outcomes and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care for a shift of patients following healthcare policies and guidelines.
• Offer clinical direction to staff members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Participate in training programs and maintain certifications for quality care provision.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
