We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, which is part of LifeBridge Health. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will be responsible for providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. The position involves delivering prompt, state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes, providing clinical direction to staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent and proficient care for complex patients.
• Deliver clinical patient care and provide clinical direction for a shift of patients.
• Ensure compliance with Grace Medical Center Healthcare Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; willingness to supervise required.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
