Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part-time position with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Your role will involve delivering state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for a shift of patients in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
• Offer clinical direction to staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
