We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the Renal Dialysis Program, delivering innovative and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients. The position involves providing clinical care, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Care for a variety of complex patients in the Renal Dialysis Program.
• Provide clinical direction and guidance to staff members.
• Ensure patient care is delivered according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Supervise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and specific applications.
