Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients, ensuring prompt care in a warm and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include delivering clinical patient care, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care for renal dialysis patients.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in professional growth and development activities.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Grace Medical Center-specific applications.
