Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the Grace Medical Center team at LifeBridge Health. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Our program emphasizes providing prompt care in a warm and welcoming environment, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services. You will be responsible for patient care, clinical direction, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Care for a diverse range of complex patients.
- Provide clinical leadership to staff members.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Operate the water treatment system following CMS guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
