Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. The position involves working part-time with a weekend commitment from 5:00am to 1:30pm.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care for a shift of patients in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Offer competent and proficient nursing care while striving to improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff members and ensure quality care delivery.
- Participate in the treatment of acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with exposure to various patient types.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
