Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part-time with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. You will demonstrate competence and proficiency in patient care, develop professionally, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and direction to patients following established healthcare protocols.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff members and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
