Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Unrestricted Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct assessments and provide direct patient care during home visits.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
