Job Description
Join Northwest Kidney Centers as a Registration and Insurance Coordinator in a full-time, day shift, hybrid position at SeaTac, WA. The Coordinator will manage patient registration and admission records for all NKC patients, coordinate with various departments, process patient registrations, verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and collaborate closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Complete registration for new patients across different programs.
- Verify insurance benefits accurately and update patient information.
- Obtain and process authorizations for payment.
- Handle EOBs and patient insurance premiums.
- Scan and index documents into electronic filing systems.
Requirements
- Associate degree in healthcare administration or two years' experience in a medical office.
