We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility in Piscataway, NJ. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in helping patients with complex conditions improve their quality of life and receive the care they need.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and patient care.
• Maintain a high standard of nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses.
• Take the lead in medical emergencies and provide therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in all aspects of patient care.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recent nursing experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Healthcare training/experience preferred.
