We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a facility in Holstein, IA. As a valued member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients with medically complex conditions, helping them regain their quality of life.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recent nursing experience
- BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
- Valid RN license in state of practice or compact license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Healthcare training/experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and maintain a positive professional image
- Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses
- Respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies and de-escalate patients
- Ensure regulatory compliance for blood collection and transfusion
- Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and compassionate environment
