Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing and oversee clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with Genesis policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Preferred experience in long-term care nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
