INTEGRIS Health is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team in Spencer, Oklahoma. As a Nurse Resident, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing essential patient care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to work with our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, ensuring exceptional care for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care tasks under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with patient safety measures and treatment procedures.
• Conduct and document diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Support patient admissions, discharges, and overall comfort.

Requirements

• Must be a new graduate or eligible for graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
