Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, supporting the Newark, DE area. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans and discharge strategies.
• Work day shifts, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates are required to obtain their BSN within three years of start date.
• Current DE RN license, or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• IV proficiency or willingness to be trained.
