Position Highlights

• Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
• Set realistic patient goals, administer medications, and oversee treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care tasks, provide supervision, and ensure proper implementation.
• Facilitate communication of patient information between staff shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current State Nursing Board license.
• CPR Certification required.
• Preferably 1-3 years of RN experience in a related healthcare environment.
