Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare, where you will play a crucial role in providing and documenting skilled nursing care to patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering quality patient care, assessing patient needs, updating nursing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care based on physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Document all activities and care provided in a timely manner.
• Implement nursing care plans and achieve expected outcomes.
• Carry out appropriate nursing actions and interventions to address patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.

Preferences

• Six months of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Home health experience.

• Good communication and organization skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and walking.
• Visual, hearing, and sensory acuity required.
