Registered Nurse - RN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an RN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients/residents, collaborating with the nursing team, and making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Position Highlights

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care responsibilities and communicate effectively with staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification required.
• Preferably one to three years of RN experience in a similar setting.
