Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and requires individuals with a can-do attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child units.
• Work collaboratively with RNs and LNAs to address inpatient staffing needs.
• Utilize your skills and experience to adapt to different unit requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Incentives

• Resource Department differential of $7.00/hour.
• Potential one-time signing bonus of $10,000 for external candidates.
