Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our innovative team at the alternative care unit. Shep 3 North caters to 18-20 long-term care patients with diverse diagnoses, creating a long-term care facility-like environment. As an RN, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, with a preference for prior charge nurse experience to supervise LPNs and LNAs.

Unit Description

Be a part of something new at The University of Vermont Medical Center's alternative care unit opened in March 2024. Patients are awaiting placement and will benefit from your exceptional care and expertise.

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience is a plus.
